Do Owl Be Sweatin’ headbands fit any head size?
Yes! That is what is so great about these headbands! With the innovative adjustable strap on the back of the headband, you don’t have to worry about whether or not it will fit your head. In fact, it’s the perfect fit! However, we do recommend that you request custom sizing for ages four and under.
Is the headband comfortable?
The headband is extremely comfortable and stays in place because of the non-slip material used on the inside of the headband combined with the adjustable strap (so no riding up!). The great thing about this product is that you can adjust it to your liking. If you want to wear your headbands a little more snug, you have the flexibility to do so. Feeling a little headband headache coming on? Simply loosen your strap for instant relief without having to take your headband off and mess up your hair.
How do I wash my headbands?
Our suggested method of care is hand wash, drip dry. You can also machine wash your Owl Be Sweatin’ headbands on gentle. We DO NOT recommend putting your headbands in the dryer!
Will the headbands fit children?
Yes. Most Owl Be Sweatin’ headbands fit kids ages three and up. If your three-year-old has a smaller head, we recommend that you place a custom order. We make custom sizing for ages three and under upon request. Our 1” headbands tend to fit children the best, but it’s a personal preference.
Do you offer custom Owl Be Sweatin’ headband orders?
You betcha! We would love to partner to get your group the headband of their dreams! Whether it’s for a sports team, race, cheerleading squad, etc. we can help! We offer "screen pressed" materials on beautiful fabric, as well as exclusive patterns.
How does shipping work?
We charge a flat shipping rate to make it easy for everyone! All orders are $5.50 to ship.
When will my items ship?
We ship all orders out as quickly as possible but please keep in mind that all orders are handmade. We make everything....down to the last stitch. Your headbands will typically ship 5-7 business days from the date you place your order + during BIG promo times (ie Our Black Friday Promo), your order will typically take 12-14 business days. If you need your headbands in a hurry, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
How will my items ship?
All of our products are shipped via United States Postal Service. If you need to put a RUSH on your headbands, give us a heads up and we will look into another shipping method for you.
What is your return policy?
We guarantee our headbands and take pride in our product! They do not slip and are comfortable. If you receive your headband and are not completely satisfied, you have 30 days, in good condition, from the date of your purchase and you will receive a full refund. To return, you will need to contact Owl Be Sweatin’ and receive your return order number. Any returned package received without a returned order number will be refused.
Can men wear the headbands?
Our headbands are definitely designed and geared toward women, but yes Owl Be Sweatin’ headbands have been worn and fit well on men. They can be custom ordered for more masculine or solid patterns. Also, great for guys with curly locks!
